Guiding Question #1 - How can competing ideologies create tensions in international relations?

1. Task 1: USSR expansionism and US containment
2. Task 2: The Berlin Airlift/Blockade and The Berlin Wall
3. Task 3: Collective Security: Alliances: NATO and the WARSAW PACT

Guiding Question #2 - In what ways can governments escalate international tensions?

1. Task 4: War of Words and Prestige
2. Task 5: Espionage or Deterrence
3. Task 6: Brinkmanship and the Cuban Missile Crisis
4. Task 7: Proxy War: Choose between the Korean War or Vietnam War or the Soviet War on Afghanistan

 For Friday you should have at least 5 of the 7 tasks for Guiding Question #1 & #2 complete.
